I designed thematic Yoga workshops. I offer simple exercises that can be integrated at any time of the day, and also be practiced in street clothes.
They are strongly recommended in a workplace, education center or company.
EYE WORKSHOP Eyes that spend the day staring at the screen get tired and these micro-tensions cause other tensions that spread over the shoulders, neck and back. The body overworked by a prolonged state of exertion gives its first signals of fatigue and stress. The vicious circle has set in.
